Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship to the Netherlands and across the European Union.

 

• Netherlands (Domestic): Standard shipping 2–4 business days
• - European Union: Standard shipping 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

Mem-Amor is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at memamorteam@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
