Due to the personalised nature of our memory magnets, all sales are final. Custom-made magnets cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at memamorteam@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will make it right.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the handcrafted and personalised nature of our products, all memory magnets are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes custom orders, personalised sets, and sale items.
